Kitende Development Charity Organisation Uganda (KDCOU) is a community-rooted, non-profit organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable children, women, and families across Uganda. Founded on compassion, faith, and a commitment to justice, KDCOU delivers programs that promote dignity, resilience, and self-reliance.
Our work integrates education, health services, psychosocial support, and economic empowerment to address the interconnected challenges faced by underserved communities.

Nakibuuka Christine Mable Founder & Executive Director

KDCOU was born from lived experience. Christine’s journey was shaped by hardship, resilience, and global compassion after her family faced displacement due to HIV-related stigma. That experience ignited a lifelong commitment to serving vulnerable communities.
